LUMINOUS SIGNALS (2024)

We emerge into ethereal cloudscapes. Suggestions of shimmering light horizons and celestial bodies dance, refracted through otherworldly atmospheres, oscillating between grainy artifacts and light apparitions. It pulls back into constellations; glistening points of light that could be a starscape - or debris falling to the bottom of the ocean. Made from a mixture of cameraless animations and expired analogue film developed in ECN2 & caffenol (coffee + Vitamin C + soda crystals), shooting the full moon and the sea through various vintage and homemade prisms and filters.
